All American Barber Academy

Our History

All American Barber Academy = started off as a four chair barber shop in May of 1999. The Academy originated in a small 800 square foot space that had a nice steady flow of clients. At that time we offered a full range of barbering services that were not as popular in many other barber shops.

Many of our customers regularly expressed their satisfaction at our quality barbering and the way we explained to our clients our craft. These same clients also suggested that we should teach people to become barbers. That is what gave us the idea, so we pulled our talents together to offer others an opportunity to become barbers, too. Since we love being barbers we decided to open a school to teach students to service our current and future clients.

We started out with only a handful of students who were interested in the field of barbering. As time went on our classes began to fill with students from all over who were eager to become licensed barbers. We later decided that we needed to expand our school, so we moved into a larger space. We are proud to state that we went from a four chair barber shop to a thirty chair barber school. We are proud to service our community and enjoy the rich, vibrant clientele, with all of our client work completed by our students under the supervision of licensed instructors.
